George Jisho Robertson: London, United Kingdom; 75 years old, father, grandfather (bless you), poet, gardener, photographer, friend - I think I remember Marx said, 'Man remakes himself every day.' William Blake wrote, 'How do you know but ev'ry bird that cuts the airy way is an immense world of delight enclosed by senses five.' Nyoshul Khenpo said, 'When you look at it, isn't life a mirage in a dream?' Taizan Maezumi Roshi said, 'I prefer delusion'. This morning I wrote for an article on the image of the Buddha touching the ground after he saw the morning star, as if for the first time: It would be the challenge of a life-time if even two of all we migrants, bhikkhus and outlaws stopped for a moment to look directly into each other’s eyes. Who is self? Who is other? What is ‘together’, what is ‘alone’. What is my vision of the space I live in and what kind of energy does it transmit in the vision and heart of the others who inhabit this moment with me? What do I take to be home? I can only touch the ground I am.

I'm already frustrated! Can't paste the poem in, it seems, so I would have to type it all... maybe someone knows how? Takes time.
